📄 TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree to all of my Terms & Conditions.

I. 📦 Acceptable and Unnacceptable Content

✔️ Acceptable

  • Feral

  • Anthro

  • Humanoid

❌ Unacceptable

  • NSFW, Mature Themes, or Fetish

  • Extreme gore or disemboweling

  • Political, prejudiced, or culturally appropriative work

I try my best to be flexible with what I draw, but I stand firmly against themes listed under 'Unacceptable'. Feel free to inquire about anything you’re unsure of, but I reserve the right to decide if I’m comfortable accepting a commission or not. I reserve the right to decline any commission for personal or undisclosed reasons.

II. 💲 Payment

  • Will be taken upfront, in full.

  • Payment must be processed through Paypal.

  • Payment plans will not be accepted unless discussed beforehand on larger orders.

  • If you are uncomfortable completely paying upfront, there is an option for paying half upfront and the rest before the final files are sent.

III. 💲 Monetary & Commercial Use

You may not use my artwork for anything monetized, such as: selling prints, stickers, stamps, shirts, etc. You may not use my artwork commercially or otherwise make a profit off of my work unless you are reselling your character or a design commissioned from me.

Designs commissioned from me may not be resold for more than initially paid unless they are accompanied by additional artwork.

You may NOT use artwork from me, commissioned or not, to participate in AI Image generation. I will not take commissions from "AI artists," or draw AI generated character designs. Should I find out this term has been broken, you will be blacklisted and action will be taken.

You may NOT use artwork from me, commissioned or not, to participate in blockchain associated technology such as Non-fungible Tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrencies, or any future inventions in the space. Should I find out this term has been broken, you will be blacklisted and action will be taken.

IV. 🧩 Complexity

A complex or overall difficult to replicate design can and will cost extra depending on my confidence to replicate said design. The amount extra can vary and is up to my discretion. Price quotes can be provided if the commissioner is unsure of the complexity or acceptability of a commission.

V. 🔔 Updates & Progress

  • Each major stage of the commission process, you will be notified with a screenshot.

  • Do not ask for updates more than once a week.

You will be notified via Discord above all else unless we do not communicate on Discord. This is the easiest way for me to reach you, but it is not required.

VI. ✏️ Edits, Modifications & Usage

  • Up until your commission has reached the Review stage, edits will not cost extra.

  • Any edits after the commissioner’s initial approval will cost extra depending on the type of edit. The price is up to my discretion.

  • The commissioner is allowed to crop the artwork only to use as an icon. The commission may not be cropped or edited to hide or otherwise obscure my signature.

Once the commission is complete and has been sent, the commissioner has free reign over the personal usage of their commission, which includes but is not limited to:

  • Cropping to use as an icon

  • Re-uploading with proper credit on other websites

  • Re-uploading with SFW descriptions or works of writing

Do not add any NSFW edits or content to my artwork.

Do not inform me of or link to me content that is NSFW, fetishized, political or otherwise offensive. I do not wish to be associated with offensive or NSFW content.

Credit for your commission may be done by linking to this commission page, or any of my pages listed under the Contact section.

Chibi Fullbodies

  • 💲25 for one character

  • 💲48 for two characters

  • Chibi-proportioned fullbodies with either one or two characters in one image. They do not have to be a couple

  • Transparent background only

Fullbodies

  • 💲30 One character

  • 💲55 Two characters (in one image)

  • Adding a background costs extra depending on complexity

  • Transparent background by default
